88091 - Special Education, General Curriculum (K-12)
EDUCATION:
I graduated from Trinity High School in the summer of 2008 and entered into Salem College in the fall. I attended there for two years before transferring to High Point University. There, I finished out my Bachelor of Arts in Special Education (K-12) - General Curriculum. I have since taken the PRAXIS for Middle Grade Language Arts and Mathematics, which has been added to my professional license.
EXPERIENCE:
My first career opportunity started at Uwharrie Middle School for two years. I was a REI special education teacher and enjoyed every minute of it. When an opportunity came to move to ATMS, I took it and was able to become a resource teacher for English/Language Arts.
