Education

I graduated from UNC Greensboro with my degree in Music Education. In 2009, I became a National Board Certfied Teacher in Music for Middle and High School Levels. This means that I am certified to teach in any state in the U.S.

Experience

After I graduated from UNCG in 2001, I started my first teaching job at Brunson Elementary School. In 2002, I started teaching chorus at Trinity HS. I remained at THS for four years. After that, I moved to ATMS in the fall of 2006 and continued my teaching career as a middle school chorus teacher. I love teaching at ATMS!

I am married to Kyle Spencer. I have been married to him since 2004. We have two boys, Randy and Cameron.
