The Bulldogs rallied to earn a split of a volleyball doubleheader, knocking off Randleman in the nightcap, 25-21, 25-18.  The Tigers won the opening match, 25-19, 23-25, 15-6, setting up the opportunity to lay sole claim of the regular-season crown. However, the 'Dogs had other ideas, and with a sweep of NAMS on Tuesday, they can earn a piece of the title.

Taylor Richardson recorded 13 kills, eight service points, six aces and an assist, while Faith Powell had 26 assists, six points, two aces and a dig for the Bulldogs, who - along with the Tigers - entertained the crowd with numerous, furious rallies.
Gracie Hodgin collected 11 kills, two points, an ace and a dig; Sarabeth Johnson had 10 kills, nine points and six aces; and Allie Reddick had 13 assists, 16 service points, two aces and a dig.
Karrington Batten garnered eight kills, three aces, two assists and a block; Kynnedi Routh had two kills, two assists and a dig; and Haley Greene provided a huge spark off the bench with eight service points and four aces.
In fifth-quarter action, Lanie McMahan had two aces; Lucy Lockwood had a kill; and Phoebe McCall had a point and an assist.
