Students use VR equipment

ATMS Agriculture teacher, Brenda Collins recently recieved a NC Tobacco Trust Fund Commission Ag Ed Grant.  The grant allowed Ms. Collins to purchase a set of VR goggles for use in her classroom.

The VR equipment will be used for students to visit farms, ranches, processing plants and other agricultural enterprises from the classroom. The tools will put 21st century tools in their hands and expose them to different types of agriculture inother states, as well as other countries, and show students the variety of carreers that are available in the agricultural realm.
